Description

Hele mooie nette kamer te huur in Den Haag loosduinen. Het is een mooie nette huis. Badkamer en keuken is goed netjes en schoon Let op inschrijven bij de gemeente is mogelijk. Het strand Kijkduin is 10 min op de fiets. Winkelcentrum op loopafstand savorninlomanplein te den haag, hier kunt u al uw boodschappen doen, er is een alberthein, aldi en een postkantoor. U kunt een fiets huren , per maand betaald u 15,-euro met een studenenpas. Het centrum is 20 min met openbaar vervoer. met tram 2 en 3 kunt u naar de binnenstad van Den Haag. Er wordt verwacht dat je elke week schoonmaakt, anders worden er schoonmaakkosten in rekening gebracht. En wil je zelfstandig je kleding wassen, dat kost 5€ per was. Dus elke wasbeurt is 5€. Met eigen waspoeder. Daarnaast is er ook een kleine camera in de gang en buiten. Mocht er iets kapot gaan tijdens de huurperiode, dan wordt dat ingehouden van de borg. Mocht je eerder vertrekken dan de aangegeven huurperiode, prima, maar dan wordt de borg wel ingehouden ter compensatie. De borg dient betaalt te worden bij de sleuteloverdracht. Hierna krijg je de sleutel van de woning pas! De borg wordt weer teruggestort zodra alles opgeruimd en schoon is achtergelaten en je bent uitgeschreven bij de gemeente....
